Bond

On December 3rd 2021 Caybon AB (publ) completed the issue of a senior secured bond of SEK 600 million. The loan has a tenor of 3,5 years and carries a floating interest rate of STIBOR plus 6.50 per cent. The issue was procured by Nordic and international investors. The proceeds from the bond issue have been used to refinance existing debt and general corporate purposes.

The bond is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm as of Jun 14th 2022. with the ticker CAYB01.
